2. Home visit & assessment

We look at the existing space (loft, garage or room), discuss how you’d like to use it, and talk through options for layout, insulation, services (electrics, plumbing, heating) and finishes. Where needed, we may suggest involving an architect or interior designer from our network.

3. Detailed quote & scope of works

You receive a clear quotation and scope of works so you know exactly what’s included, how long the project is likely to take and how payments are structured.

4. Scheduling the work

Once you’re happy to proceed and the deposit is paid, we book your project into our schedule. We typically manage up to two projects at a time to maintain quality and attention to detail.

5. On‑site work

We protect your home, keep the site as tidy as possible and update you regularly. We coordinate our trusted subcontractors so the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

6. Handover, warranty & aftercare

When everything is complete, we walk through the space with you, check the details together and provide any relevant certificates. Our workmanship is covered by a 1‑year warranty as standard.
